Tyler Humphrey

Doctor of Physical Therapy

Founder of Bulletproof Physical Therapy

While competing as a collegiate rower at Jacksonville University, he had his first experience with physical therapy after suffering a shoulder injury. This positive experience led him down the path of pursuing his physical therapy degree. After achieving his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Old Dominion University in 2014, Tyler moved to Houston to begin his career as a PT. He became frustrated with the traditional healthcare system , which didn't allow him to spend enough one on one time with his clients. This led him to found Bulletproof PT, with to goal of changing the way physical therapists operate. In his spare time, Tyler enjoys working out, playing beach volleyball, and golf. He loves to travel, try new restaurants, and spend time with friends and family.

Paige McKenzie

Doctor of Physical Therapy

As a former collegiate soccer player for The University of Texas at Austin and lifelong lover of sport, Paige has endured several injuries and witnessed many more that have landed herself and teammates in the training room. After watching the rehab process for recurring injuries and hearing athletes advised to “rest,” “quit playing,” or “push through,” Paige found herself wanting to know more about the body in order to make a positive impact. This curiosity led Paige to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Texas State University in 2022. She is passionate about helping people of all ages and abilities return to their activities pain free with special interest in treating soccer players and runners. With her free time, Paige enjoys spending time with her husband, eating ice cream, and planning her next vacation. Her favorite ways to move currently include playing soccer, beating friends in Spikeball, learning pickleball, playing golf, and riding her bike.

Marcus Ripley

Doctor of Physical Therapy

Marcus is a Houston native from Spring, TX. Through high school sports and playing football at Texas State University, Marcus found himself in and out of the training room many times himself. Some of which due to being released for return to play too soon, reinjuring himself on a number of occasions. This founded a passion for proper return to sport rehab. After earning his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Texas State University, he worked in Austin for 2 years at an insurance based physical therapy clinic. He became frustrated with the traditional insurance based healthcare system and was not seeing the active clientele he has a passion for, so he decided to make a change. In his free time, Marcus likes to stay active in any way he can by paddle boarding, playing soccer, golfing, lifting weights, and enjoying the outdoors in any way possible.
